This relatively new scent on the block smells SO French, you can literally hear the click of elegantly shod, hi heeled feet on Parisian pavements once you’ve spritzed. It’s fresh, modern, and the understated little bottle fits neatly into your designer bag of choice. Mais oui Carven.

What on earth could a ‘Couture’ mascara do that no other has done before you ask? Well, road test the tri-spherical brush and you’ll see that from the first application lashes are immediately thicker, longer and curved, but also revitalised and strengthened. Even Harry Potter would be impressed with this magic for lashes. Oh and look at this packaging. Swoon.

I’m a little blasé about eye shadow palettes, first up I’ve no idea how to successfully apply colour to create that perfect smokey eye. Secondly, why have five colours when you only use one, IF that. But then this happened; Anthony Vaccarello joined forces with Lancôme to create all the perfect colours with the right amount of glittery gorgeousness in one succinct palette. I love the presentation so much, here follows the three picture reveal of just how luxe it really is. Maybe it’s just me, but I have a sneaking suspicion other beauty junkies will fall in love too.
