I’ll have to be honest here, I’m not really your floral wearing type. Bold, blousy prints have never quite managed to find their way into my wardrobe. BUT, and here’s the rub, I’m a hopeless romantic and I love real flowers in the house plus I have quite a thing for a modern rose scent (Le Labo Rose 31 is THE ONE), and whilst seeking out these floral finds to recommend, I’ve been very tempted to try them myself. The Zara sketchy print t-shirt with jeans is a no brainer, and the pretty Toast dress with a chunky cardigan is definitely one to consider. So this week, my post is a gift of flowers to you; clothing, scents and some cute little interior finds. Searching them out has definitely brightened my day. Enjoy.
With it’s faded vintage appeal and light, modern print, this dress is the way for the bloom-shy to test drive florals. It conjures up images of off- duty Landgirls and coastal holidays.
Toast stretched floral dress £125.
Bravo ASOS, this monochromatic take on the trend is just perfect.

It’s bright, it’s bold and it could only be Marni. Not for the statement shy but a great way to rock up your neutrals.
If you’re planning an escape to winter sun, this gorgeous slither of tropical flora from Free People literally shouts “take me with”. I would.

This Miss Selfridge jacquard print floral looks ‘haute’ on a fit and flare silhouette. A great buy for the party season, just add a high heeled, black ankle boots for va va voom.
Understated chic from French Connection. Enough said.

This Miller Harris scent says it all – ‘Heart of the garden’. If prints still beguile you, test drive a floral fragrance for a spritz of romance.

Home of the iconic flower print, Liberty is THE place to go in search of quirky homeware. My personal favourite is the decorative deer head, but the coasters would be great as teeny tiny, treat plates in the summer…

Mix this beautiful, sketchy print duvet cover from M&S with non matching white pillow cases and it will look stunning. A totally different way to wear the trend, granted.
