This could possibly be construed as an entirely selfish post. After all, I’ve indulged my morning trawling through look books and websites for the ultimate in bohemian gifts. Yes, things me, myself and I would absolutely love to receive on Christmas morning. Happy Shopping and enjoy the velvety, fairy lit ride.
The Gift of Angel Wings – I spent years trying to track down a stone angel for my home (I’ve found her now and she’s wrapped in fairy lights in the living room), but during the journey I found many a pair of wings to decorate the homestead with. These from Cox and Cox are just beautiful, lent against a wall they lend an ethereal, whimsical quality to any room.

The Gift of a Guardian Angel – there’s an unashamed wing theme developing here. Check out John Lewis and their clever ‘Loved & Found’ section of the website you’ll find carefully curated ideas from contemporary designers and lifestyle brands. It’s a great go to for gift giving. I’ve lingered a little too long there…
A little Earlobe Glamour Gift – next season shoulder grazing earrings are a massive trend, so why not warm up with a mid length pair like these vintage inspired beauties from FreePeople. Perfect for the cocktail hour.

THE Boho Boot – it’s studded, its fringed, its festival ready all year round. It’s perfect. The ASH Footwear Spirit boots are on the list. No brainer.

The Gift of Light – I’m an advocate of all year round fairy lights. I have some woven into a Moroccan metal screen, others wound around stone ornaments or along curtain poles. What can I say – I just love the gentle light they give and that sense of romance. These little copper lights from Graham and Green give a golden glow and will look as beautiful around a vintage mirror as they do here, giving a new lease of life to an arrangement of branches.

The Golden Gift – this snakey twist of a ring is a beautiful way of buying into the Saint Laurent lifestyle. It’s a statement for sure, but it will look stunning worn with the floor sweeping dresses of the season or a classic black velvet tux, talking of which….

The Gift of a Lux Tux – be still my beating heart, a Ghost black velvet, belted tuxedo jacket? Yes it’s festive-ly inclined as shown here with wide black velvet pants, but mark my words, you’ll be outing it all year long with jeans and a simple white tee too.

The Gift of Ink – love them, hate them, whatever you think of tattoos, they are certainly the popular choice of self expression for many a bohemian soul. Me included. The Family Business not only boasts the MOST beautiful interior for the artwork to take place, but a really extensive roster of incredible artists. An off-piste gift but certainly one that will last.

The Fabulously Festive Earrings – golden stars, pretty little tassels. What’s not to love? These and the plum velvet jacket (scroll down and you’ll understand), and you are good to go. Bravo Jigsaw, there are some great gifts on line for the romantic at heart.

The IT Gift – it’s by Mulberry, it can be personalised with a fox, bee or owl illustrated on the back, AND the flash of jewel bright lining is pretty gorgeous too. Yes, it’s the Georgia May Jagger jacket for Mulberry and it’s on the lust list. Worn with layers of sheer chiffon, a rocking pair of boots, oh, and piles of bangles…you get the picture.
The Lust Have Bangle – I’ve been coveting this bangle for a very long time. Beset with hand drawn swirls it feels like a piece of artisan jewellery and not something everyone will be wearing. The bangles come in silver, gold and the rose gold shown. Love at first sight.
The Inspirational Gift – you might have noticed that I have hero’d these books before. Now available as a stunning box set in perfect time for xmas. Heavenly reading, stunning imagery. I pore over these on a regular basis.
The Beautifully Naughty Gift – Better known for his stunning nature inspired jewellery, Mr Alex Monroe goes a little off piste here, not from nature, oh no, but with a commission for Coco de Mer. For those tempted after 50 Shades, I give you these pretty little nipple clamps from the jewellery bench of Alex Monroe.

The Loungwear Gift – forget pajamas. This slouchy, retro feel velvet robe is as good for chilling in the home as it is worn over that old favourite ensemble of t-shirt and jeans. Love at first sight.

The Perfect Bohemian Evening Bag – when I found this today, I hit BUY on the website. It’s just the kind of understated little bag I’ve been looking for. It’s squashy nature means you can cram a fair few necessities in there, but oh how pretty it is.

The Oh So Chic Fedora – steering away from black and camel, this lovely rich burgundy hat is on the bohemian wish list. Yes, it’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas.

The Gift of an Alternative Frame – these aged metal bird cages from Cox and Cox can be used to showcase indoor plants and cacti, as shown here, or filled with fairy lights, they can fill a tired corner with light. A simply beautiful and alternative way to frame antique finds or mundane objects.

The Gift of Embroidered Warmth – thank you Zara, the embellished long cardigan is heaven sent for layering up on a frosty morning http://www.zara.com/uk/en/new-in/woman/view-all/long-cardigan-c756542p2993067.html and the kimono style jacket, well it’s just a must have. http://www.zara.com/uk/en/new-in/woman/view-all/embroidered-ethnic-jacket-c756542p2993060.html
The ‘I’m too beautiful to be a portable speaker’ Gift – let’s face it, sometimes technology is just, well, ugly. THIS, however is not. John Lewis’s Loved & Found department does not disappoint with unexpected little finds like this. ON THE LIST.
The Take Me Away Gift – it’s a beautiful weekender of a bag. Covered in mirror work and embroidery, the humble price tag belies the level of beauty, and, rest assured, Accessorize isn’t a brand that exploits its factories for a lower price tag. Move fast..this is on sale.
