THE STYLISH STUFF BEAUTY TIPS:

Make up artist Lisa Valencia says;

“This look is all about statement lips so I’ve kept the skin as natural as possible by using a CC.Cream. Clinique is my favourite as it’s somewhere between a foundation and a BB cream, with just enough coverage to cover any blemishes but keep your skin looking as fresh as possible. Eyes were kept natural with a slick of black mascara, I used Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye mascara, this is flake free and delivers thicker, fuller, bolder lashes in an instant. Cheeks were given a flush of colour with Armani Cheek Fabric in Attitude, it’s important to add a little colour to your cheeks, as dark lips can wash you out. If ever there was a time to wear a bold lip, it’s right now. I used Nars Audacious lipstick in Bette, apply with a lip brush for a professional finish.
Our model has spectacular eyebrows, you can always make your brows a little fuller using Bobbi Brown Perfectly Defined Long Wear Brow Pencil, this is my ultimate brow pencil & is available in 8 shades.

Hair Tip – hairdresser Jonothon Malone created the new topknot for this story. It’s worn swept up and twisted onto the front of the head for a chicly modern take on the classic.
